Who are Okaras?

Okaras is an organization created by Master: Oscar Jaramillo a.k.a. Caolho in 2004 to teach around the world everything about the art of Capoeira the culture and the style of life.

"Okaras" means Anacondas, the biggest snake in the world which lives in the massive rainforest: Amazon - Brazil. Its image symbolises respect, dynamism, courage and strength.

The Capoeira Okaras group has become one of the innovators, winning different tournaments of mixed martial arts and earning the recognition in the wide world of Capoeira.

Today "Okaras" runs in different countries like Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru and now England.
