I am a complete beginner, which lessons can I attend?
Our lessons are mixed levels and we cater for all at once. Usually we divide the group so you get to train basic techniques according to your level.

What do I need to start capoeira?
All you need is comfortable clothes, a bottle of water and most importantly

and in a couple months you’ll see results.

Why I should try capoeira?
It is excellent for self-defence and is wonderful exercise as it is more than a

  • Discipline
  • Self-control

Capoeira is “fun”…. It is for everyone, men and women at any age. You can train
as an individual or with a group of friends.

Not necessarily. You will gain all the skills, strength, flexibility, balance and coordination you need through the basic training.
